Had an issue with sizing initially on a…

Had an issue with sizing initially on a limited release pair of sneakers.
Although difficult at first, once in touch with Andy and his team it got resolved professionally. Really pleased with how they dealt with the matter which was seemingly out of their control.
will definitely shop again.

SUCH A SCAM

SUCH A SCAM. Didn't send me the tracking number, and then tells me they don't have the product I ordered 2 weeks later. They didn't even refund me properly. And online, it says they have the product they literally just told me they were out of stock on. And then they send me a gift card of their store credit and it was less than the amount I spent. The reason? Because apparently they take the restocking fee. So annoyed right now.

They forgot the tracking mail, at soon as i requested, they send me. Good customer service and shoes arrived in 7 days.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS If I could give 0 stars I would

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I purchased some Yeezys on eu.kith.com and paid with my card. My order was canceled a couple of days later, and the email said I would receive a refund. It's been a MONTH, and my money is nowhere to be found. Customer service is useless, and won't even reply to my last emails. First, they tell me I have to wait for 5 to 7 business days as they have initiated the refund process, and then they tell me my money was never collected (I sent them screenshots of the charges, but they ignored my email). AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS; it sucks.

Terrible customer service!

Unfortunately, the WORST customer service I have EVER experienced (it actually made me sign up to Trustpilot...).
I ordered via the US online shop and paid for fees and customs (>$100 in total) to get the order shipped to Germany. A week after I had ordered, Kith announced the start of its European online shop. As Kith must have known about the imminent start of its European online shop, I asked for a partial refund of the fees, but all they were willing to offer was a $20 voucher. On top, this voucher is only redeemable at their US online shop. However, why should I order at their US shop again if I can now order at their European shop without paying for customs?!
On a different note, the quality of the jacket and hoodie I ordered are not worth the price in my opinion.

Worst shopping experience ever

What a lack of rigor.
I ordered a pair of sneakers for men in the men category and received a pair for women.
I paid for delivery and now I have to pay tu return the item.
Worst shopping experience ever !

originally ordered 2 items specifically and they sent me two different ones on purpose ,I have emailed them about ten times and they start with the 10% refund bull and end up going up to 70 percent and i still did not get my refund ,i would not buy anything from this company!!! they are ripoffs and just steal your money

Probably the worst customer service…

Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, had an order fulfilled they cancelled that payment got reverted but they also took an extra 2 payments , both of these have now gone from pending to complete and I haven’t got nothing to show for them and no emails confirming an order. Totally unacceptable it’s been 12 days since I tried contacting and have had no response

Does Kith care about their customers????

I tried to hold off on this review as long as possible due to the fact that I do like kith. I ordered a comes de garçon sweatshirt (Order #1610235) and received it on Tuesday 3/23 and upon arrival I noticed there were stains all over the sweatshirt. I reached out to kith customer support immediately with a long explanation and pictures to show the stains, I have yet to receive a response which is extremely frustrating considering the amount of money that was spent on the sweatshirt. On top of that when trying to further trouble shoot this issue I noticed Kith does not have a customer support line that you can call, there only other form of support is through Twitter which they do not answer. I really do hope you guys can resolve this issue because like I stated before I enjoy shopping at kith and would like to recommend the company to friends in the future.

Very bad experience

Very bad experience. Ordered an item and they shipped a wrong product. When informing them they shared a DHL return sticker however one had to arrange the DHL pickup, call them, repack the items, print the labels etc. This was certainly very time consuming and frustrating. In addition they could not offer the original ordered item and do not want to refund immediately even shared the original written confirmation by DHL pick up service. The items were not touched nor worn. As a indemnification they offered a lousy 10$ gift card. Considering the time (call, arrange, repackage, print, stick etc) and ink/paper cost one can really tell that they have not thoroughly thought that the 10$ gift card is just lousy.
Suggestion: Either you come up with a sincere indemnification solution to make the client happy or just leave right away.
Will never again order something from Kith

I ordered 5 items ended up with two that were wrong.

I ordered 5 items. They cancelled two of them because they were unavailable. I kept contacting the company to find out when I would get the rest of my order. They did reply with a tracking number about 2 months after I placed the order. When I finally got my order it was the wrong quantity and the wrong items. At first they said they would give me credit but I highly doubt that is going to happen. I would not recommend ordering from this company. Buy made in the USA!
